you need an international driving licence in bali if in victoria you go to the racv if in nsw you go to the nrma etc be careful if you drive in bali as there are a lot of corrupt police and always carry the phone no. of the australian embassy because if you are being harassed by a corrupt cop ring them when he knows you are ringing them he will send you on your way.also in if you have an accident even if is not your fault it will beand you will pay big time for it.i have been to bali many times and just about heard and seen it all when it comes to these corrupt police.hope this helps.
