I agree with Clovis. It's usually in the fine print...many do not cover natural disasters, civil unrest etc, also activities such as jet ski ing, bungy jumping etc...even if they cover emergency medical they will not pay out if caused by coming off a motor bike because they either don't cover motor bike accidents, or only if the driver is licenced (yeh) or the bike is less than 100CC...so many "except where" which add up to make some insurance cheap.
