We are making our first ever trip to Bali for xmas this year. We are taking our two children - aged 2 and 4 with us and are keen for any info on good places to stay (preferably two bedroom) in Sanur. We have chosen Sanur because it is quiet but still on the beach. Do we need to go 4 star plus to be in safe, comfortable, clean accommodation ? I have read some good reviews about the Besakhi beach hotel. Can anyone recommend any private villas that may be suitable ? any other locations we should consider staying (thinking of splitting trip - 5 nights Sanur - 5 nights elsewhere ... Ubud ?).
