Agree with Lisa. You will be tempted to see some of the island. If so do it, the scenery is sensational and it can be done cheaply with a lot of fun. Get to know some people in your Hotel and hook up to hire a local and do some site's. It is the cheapest way. You can usually get a great massage in around your Hotel with your partner.
Have a meal at Bubba Gumps and tell them its a special birthday occasion. You will be suprised. Have a nice holiday.
