No complaints, but they are very busy and short of staff. I have used them on many occassions, both out of Perth on the Oz Jet come Indo Jet and Port Hedland on the Skywest wet hire charter.
When I was in the office earlier in the year, he had 18 phones ringing non stop; a backlog of 400 emails and was screaming out for staff. (Good luck to him. He took the gamble and it looks like its coming off.)
