A friend of mine just returned from Bali with her kids and stayed at the BGH. We go every year together and had never stayed at the BGH. she said never again. she said the pools were nice but the service was rubbish and the hotel was badly in need of room upgrades. The pool was lovely though, i think that has recently been upgraded.
