There are no ATMs on the island, so it is best to change money before you go. Although I think you may be able to change money at Mushroom Beach Bungalows at the other end of the beach, but I am not sure. You can use your credit card at some places, like the Nusa Lembongan resort.
You may wish to take snorkelling gear as it is a marine park.
