We did the same with 2 adults and 2 toddlers. It was the most strategic 200,000 rupiah we spent the whole trip!
We corralled Monkey #2 with some of the comfy chairs and kept her supplied from the complementary fruit platter while Monkey #1 lay on the lounge (shoes of thank you very much missie) and watched the TV munching on cake. Much better than just sitting around in the airport and both adults and monkeys were all calm and collected when it was time to board the flight.
