Lat year we flew from Bali to Lombok and I had my 9'2 longboard 2 bodyboards and no problem - Air Merpati.
Were off again in a few weeks time and this year I'm taking my 9'6. For something different we are not flying this time and have booked the Blue Water Safari Boat transport. This goes direct to Gilli Trawangan, so makes for an easy trip - hopefully! They are going to drop us off at Nusa Lembongan on the way back too, so it saves a lot of time and hassle. We are staying on Trawangan for 5 days the on to lombok for 5 days down to Kuta area then back to Trawangan and on to Lembongan - Hope the surf is good for at least some of the time - hehhe!!!
