Exert your authority,let the kid grow up as a 13 year old and take him to other places of interest apart from a night club.
I suppose you take a nude photo of him and call it art?
Perhaps you can get a show in an Australian art gallery?

Before some of the do gooders get on their high horse, I am a father of five and a grand father of nine and tonight we celebrated one of our grandsons thirteenth birthday as a family.
I am not religious,in fact I am quite the opposite, and could possibly do with a bit of religion but at the end of the day kids are kids, so let them enjoy their childhood.
There is plenty of time for him to grow up!
