I am also staying one night in KL on the way to Bali. I have booked and paid for one night at the Tune Hotel owned by Air Asia.
The total cost for one night was $A7.60 charged to my credit card. There is a shuttle bus to and from the LCCT to the Tune Hotel which I will have to pay for in KL.
