Hi noticed your post you dont have to pay $600 here although I know thats what people are asking?Contact me if you need to know about tutus here or Fairy shop jalan padma utara does the best tutu that you will find in bali and all your sequinning.They get really busy but do lots ballet and dance schools in aus and NZ there are lots tutus for sale in bali but never made to the proper standard of professional tutus but they are pretty good at fairy shop.As for exams never known a tutu to be worn for this?Estiddfod yes!Anyway let me know if I can help?
