home work. How much research did you do before deciding to ship stuff home? You get a blo*dy lot of stuff in a cubic metre. I would like to respectfully suggest that you'd find most other shippers both FAR more expensive, and FAR less reliable than Brett. Horror stories abound. Personally, I'm using him for the third time, with total confidence. Never had anything either broken or mysteriously missing. Most other people who've used shippers DO NOT have that experience.
A word of warning, you can't actually expect business people not to bite, if you cast aspersions on the quality of their service, that's their bread and butter.
