Un's & Ketupat are my fave restaurants but I think for a first night for a newbie Ketupat (a mixed plate) would be a wonderful introduction to Bali - such a beautiful place, great food, fab ambience.
Although I do agree with Filo - maybe sunset at Panterai then Ketupat?
