The Kartika is next door to Discovery Mall( I love this centre)and not far to walk up to Kuta Square where the Matahari is and then you can cab it up to the top of Legian Rd and walk back looking at the shops on the way. Have a look at their website or wotif or agoda to get a much cheaper rate than through agents.
