we went as a group of 10 when our son was 16 his cousins were 15 and 14. We all went to the Bounty so they could see what a club was all about. They all had cool drinks and we stayed for a little while so they could see the dancing. I think it is important for any age to see and understand what the effects of excess alcohol can do. As long as you are 100% with him at all times inside the club I think it is an education for him. I also believe that it is very special to have to wait until you are 18 to go to certain places and it is the anticipation of waiting that makes it more intriguing. We have 4 adult children and when thye were teenagers they have all been allowed on special occasions to have a "taste" of an alcoholic drink. When I say taste I really mean taste I used to use a 30ml medicine measure! LOL. They have all grown in to lovely adults with no alcohol addictions.
