Sometimes you have to wonder if all the complaints and problems etc in the media re Garuda, is orchestrated by (dare I say it) other airlines. It makes it bloody hard though when I have booked my daughters and their friends on Garuda (and us ofcourse!) and parents start questioning my decision to use Garuda...... We have flown both and would go Garuda over Qantas any day. We have had really rude hostesses on Qantas in the past.
