about 1.00am. The foam parties are usually at the Bounty which is not really a club and starts a lot earlier. I'm not sure that club patrons will thank you for taking a 13yr old and, in fact there has been a bit of a vigilante operation going on to stop older men taking underage boys in. There are definitely things 13yr olds shouldn't be exposed to.
