Hubby did it all & he's away for 2 months. I think that once you start the booking process, the hotel possibilities become far fewer. We really didn't have much choice. We found that emails were eventually answered.
I'm meeting hubby in Bali tomorrow - if he can recall any details I'll let you know, but it was 2 years ago.
