How can you critsize, obviously you havent done the whole process yourself if your purchasing off Ebay. Youll probably find that your statues are second hand and will fall apart in a year or two.
I too have used Trish & Brett several times over the years and even though I have had many an opportunity to bring my goods back myself their services are second to none and take the hassle out of the whole process.
So Sheila I suggest that you do go and stick your head Down Under the sand and keep your personal comments to yourself.
