I suggest you google Oleander at Bingin, a friend stayed there last season and gave it the thumbs up, as it is fairly new,has everything and he paid around $35.00Aussie a night. I stayed at Micks place 4 years ago and it was $70.00us per night then, I have wanted to stay there since then but his rates has more than doubled. Micks is a great setup and positioned perfectly in front of one of Bali's best lefts, usually booked out all season, so he can charge virtually what he wants.
