In 2005 we had a beach seller, sell us some at Jimbarin Bay he just aproached us while we were dining with the children, we were a little unsure if we were allowed to let them off but the wait staff said it was alright. I think you call them shooters. anyway we also let some off on kuta beach on last night as we told our son they coulded be taken home.
