there are drummers and fire dancers/eaters and the atmosphere is electric and it is just a great experience. However it isn't an orchestrated thing if they turn up they do, if not, they don't. They are just doing it for the sheer joy of it not particularly for the tourists but if you are lucky it is a great experience.
