We never have any clothes worth worrying about with us in Bali so never had any real problems.
Once last year when I arrived to pick up the clean laundry the Lady owner was apologising as we walked in, no big deal, but one of the girls has accidentally mixed our washing in with another families so had to pick out which undies and boxer shorts were ours!
Another time my son(11yrs) had purchased himself a new white t-shirt, his new most favorite of course!
As we sat in the hotel reception a tiny bird flew overhead and dropped the biggest GREENEST poo you could imagine on his new shirt.
There was no way this stain would ever come out of the t-shirt I informed him.
Next day took it along to the Laundry ladies and we all had a laugh and look at the offending Poo stain.
No problem she said, I get it off! Again I said no way,the shirt is finished.See you Tomorrow!
Before we got to the end of the laneway she was excitedly calling out to me, Look Mrs, bird poo all gone.
Sure enough not a trace to be seen.Incredible!
