i always request a seat when i book my flight out of perth and have never had a problem even though the garuda staff always warn me that it is not always possible to honour your request.i always request row c,d or f with an isle option,it makes it easier than climbing over your fellow passengers should you need to go.also my request is always forward of the wing to alleviate engine noise as you are also forward of the engines.just walk to the rear section of the plane and listen to the difference.By the way always pop into kuta paradiso hotel on kartika plaza a couple of days before you depart bali and request your return seating,they are always very helpful and will even give you a lolly while you wait.just think in this seating your in bali before that lot behind you ooops,sorry guys.
