oh i had never ever ridden a horse before, neither had our balinese driver (who we got to come on the horses with us). they will lead u if u like, or let u walk by yourself. up to you. they also give you a helmet and leg protectors (if u wear shorts). if you have questions, just ask them, but the horses were very well trained and basically knew the route anyway!
