Yes there is plenty of cheap luggage in bali especially the light weight ones. Not like some of them that already 5kg before you start. We stayed at the Bali Rani last year and used the laundry if you head out of the hotel and walk towards waterbom pk it the first laneway on the right that you come to turn down maybe about 50mts give or take and it is on the left hand side not sure of the name they do a great job.
