not nasty...but that person could have rushed out and changd their booking...met someone at Novotel Tanjung Benoa that had ignored negatives on this forum and was so happy they had...they and I still can't work out those comments. All I was saying was that you need to think before replying...people spend a lot of money on their holiday and get very stressed when they read negatives. For heavens sakes we are not children on here??? Surely a comment on incorrect posts is not going to upset you??
