hi wendy we have just arrived home and had 4 weeks staying at melasti and yes the 1st week there (30 april on) we and everyone else had 3 notes telling us at different times that you can only have total 4 outside drinks per room per day and not around pool or extra charges, and yes we all still took our back packs and bought outside and didn't have a problem some took empties to outside bins and 1 couple used a small tip every so often and bell boy ignore all there empties hope this helps and have a great time di
