We stay at the Dynasty 2 times per year. We have stayed in most room types: Kiddy suite, family garden view room, family pool view room, executive suite and superior pool view room. I can honestly say that only once have i heard any noise past 9pm and that was only a few people near the pool around 10pm and our room was about 5 metres away, and it was not an issue, just people talking.
I love to socialise but also have young children and so do most people who stay at the dynasty which means that most people have either heading back to their rooms or out to dinner etc by about 7.30/8.00pm
