I really enjoy both staying and diving in the Amed/Tulamben area.
Have used Eco Dive and are mostly happy with them.
If you eventually go to Amed, I will suggest a stop in Padangbai and diving with Geko Dive for a chance to see some larger fish, like mantas and Mola Mola.
