just phone like we usually do, its quicker and peace of mind!! then still confirm with email...also a tip, Bali Rani have always had a deal that if you stay longer than 8 nights you get upgraded to deluxe poolview room! so mention that aswell...lovely little hotel...one of our favourites.....enjoy..
