For Migraines?

I use to take Duromine for migraines and i now take a tablet i get from Bali.
Of course i can't put my hand on a packet now that i need to.
But i buy them from CircleK and Starmarkets (actually everywhere).
4 in a packet, tablets are orange and person on front is holding their head in pain.
