As filo said there is a legal battle going on apparently and when it does get sorted it will take a while to get the place up and running. It looks like a dump and alot of work to make it functional will be needed.I was told it will be reverting back to the original name of the "Holiday Inn" when it eventually opens. I just hope it will be as affordable and nice at it used to be.
