Thank you all for your input etc. Well it's back to square one for us. Not Happy!!!! We are not booked into "Kumala Pantai" at all. It is the "Kumala Hotel". So I have cancelled my booking with them. I did specify the "Kumala Pantai" on the original so don't know quite what went wrong.Anyone out there who can recomend a nice hotel in that area we don't want to stay at MBR sooooo dissapointed as I made the booking months ago. What about the "Outrigger O-ce-n anyone stayed there. Cheers E
