This guy is not actually a Dr. He is called the electric Dr, but is not a medical Dr. I agree he is good at what he does though. His "Clinic" is in Denpasar. You will need to go to The Keyhole shop, opposite indo national in Jl Padma, to get his contact details.
Also you will need an interpreter as he speaks no english. The guy from keyhole usually interprets for you.
