Bathers I'd get before you go, but it's not impossible, plenty of board shorts, sorongs, t-shirts in all sizes. I'm a 26 and I brought a couple of dresses from Dianne's shop in Kuta, just opposite the Dynasty Hotel.
Just pays to ask around when you get there, if you see someone wearing something you like - ask where they got it, they are more than happy to tell you!!
