deluxe rooms (but we'll find out in 2-1/2 weeks), but if you're staying in the garden rooms or garden cottages you can get a security box at the front desk. We've used that facility every year, and never had a problem. Staff has one key, you keep the other. You also sign a little card stating when you've accessed the box (although unfortunately this was forgotten about most of the time, although you can ask for it). Still, as I said, never had a problem.
