I contacted Skydive express as they were the group that used to visit Bali and do heaps of tandums and other jumps. They no longer do this.
I asked if there is a contact for Bali and was given this info.
Skydiving in Indonesia is very inconsistant and there for they no longer get involved. He also said that Malaysia / Singapore also trek to Oz because of safety issues. I have contacted a friend in Bali and he is checking it out.
They used to work out of the airport. So, sorry but unsure of the info now. Will keep you posted if something comes up.
