you do need closed in shoes for bali buggy! went on them a couple of weeks ago. they give u shin guards if u dont have long pants too. i bought a 79,000Rp pair of nice, black sporty sneakers from hardy's.
also, some WWR companies ask for closed in shoes like pt bali quad and sobek.
