to take an Immune Defense tablet each day, for 10 days before I go (July), this will boost the body's immune system, and should avoid catching colds or flu over there (I was worried that I am going from a very cold place, to a very hot place, and a change in climate sometimes gives me a bad cold). I think this is good advice. If anyone was worried, she said the tablets could be taken whilst over there as well. (I have just recovered from the worst cold of my life, and needed antiobiotics so dont' want that again!)
