Some travel agents "forget" to tell you immediately when they arrive especially if they have a heavy workload, go on holidays, are slack etc
Some expect the client to ring and check.
Depends on the agent.
I've also had to wait on tickets before because there was a hold up with either Garuda and or the wholesaler getting them to the agent.
Now I just purchase airfare so don't go through a wholesaler.
Just give the agent a call and ask where they are :)
