I stayed there a couple of years ago, handy location, walking distance to beach, kuta square, Jl Pantai Kuta, Kartika Plaza, Bemo Corner. The rooms are clean, of good size and the pool and gardens well kept, restaurant food is fine. I would say it is one of the better choices in that price range.
