I am going to email Desi tomorrow. The same thing was said about a week before we went last year and the pool was perfect when we arrived. We have booked most rooms in Y & B block and a few in the new wing. We are staying in the new wing so I gather we will spend most time in that pool. Was it one particular group that was causing the trouble. My friends had about 12 people in their group they are all around 30 years old except they did have one couples parents with them. They are returning today and I know what they are like at times but I would of thought that they would of had respect for other people. Maybe I am jumping to conclusions and it wasn't even them you never know.
