are meant to be broken!... Its like no smoking in the hotel room(Yuk) who polices it? Most hotels have a sign near the pool "No BYO" no one gives a toss and in reality most poolbars, hotel bars are cheap and have extended happy hours, if you want to sit on your balcony and have a duty free, who is going to stop you?
Has anyone actually been charged?
