Was booked there 3 weeks ago.6 rooms booked.On arrival we where told there was new owners.And we had no rooms.We all were sent to Bali village bagak,on rum jungle,legian.It was heaps better hotel,and the staff were great.Have stayed at puri etnik before,But now it seems run down.
