this is the third time we have stayed at the kp and i was nervous because of the new wing.
we stayed in the old section so cant comment on staying in the new wing however the morning breakfast was very busy with long lines waiting for the egg orders.
we found the pool to be spotless but there were the usual pool lounge hoggers who would spread their things one the lounges then go off shopping for the morning. I feel annoyed that the pool staff dont do anything about it.
also the mattresses are terribly hard, apparently they are softer in the new wing.
I love the location and the gardens and am sorry it has increased in size as I am not a fan of large complexs. I know a lot of people were booking for their next stay at kumala so I guess it hasnt put the regulars off going back.
