I am unaware of recycling establishments in Bali that would offer not only the environmental bonus but a bottle/can financial reward for recycling like they do in SA for example. Maybe someone on here knows. Perhaps this is a better way to go - have big hannons type bins for deposits. 50% slug is pretty huge. Then again getting a Hannons truck to pick up down some Gangs prob near impossible. Guests will dump there rubbish outside of hotels otherwise, this will further add to rubbish issues.
Here in the NT where there are "some Bl**dy good drinkers" your neighborhood status is measured by the loudness of the noise of your Recycle Wheelie Bin makes on collection day. :-))
