I am flying Qantas and paid in full my package well before due date. Never received a receipt or anything through email so I started to chase it up saying it was unacceptable.
Come to find out that Qantas had cancelled my whole booking by mistake and thats why no e ticket issued. Oh and no they never rang me to tell me, it was me ring to them to find out where my receipt was.
Turns out our flights were fully booked now and they had to shift our dates around - not happy Jan.
Bottom line is, dont leave it too long to chase it up. I would have thought you would have your tickets by now.
