Are all these people bona fide operators, paying the corrupsi or outright putting money in and taking it out illegally?
I don't see any difference in profiting from money exchange, part or full ownership of a bar, warung, market stall, specialist shop, hotel, vehicle rental or anything else.
Plenty of people seem able to exist in Bali on seemingly no viable means of support.......is it just a matter of keeping a low profile and greasing the right palms??
